About 2,000 tonnes of higher grade drill defined mineralization
has been blasted on the Micho property. This mineralization will
be crushed and leached on the test leach pads.

The cyanide leach tests on 2.3 tonnes of mineralization from a
number of outcropping veins on Mabel gave a gold recovery of 77%
and silver recovery of 59%. The leach period was 16 days and the
crush size was 1.9 cm (0.75 inches). The head grade was 2.1
grams/tonne gold and 61 grams/tonne silver.

Average of 4.5 % (90 lb/ton) molybdenum, 2.7 % copper,
53 g/tonne silver, reported for 3 channel samples (each one
meter length) on the floor of the North Zone open pit at the
Ryan Lake property testing surface grades in area where
significant molybdenum and copper grades were reported in
diamond drill holes at shallow depths.
